Custom Wiring Harnesses

To make the most of your aftermarket ECU installation, you need a custom wiring harness that will allow the full utilisation of every function, input and output that your product has to offer. On top of that, you also need a harness made from materials that will be resistant to the harsh conditions and dynamics created by the sustained hard driving of a performance engine.

When installing an aftermarket ECU with a custom wiring harness, a significant amount of the factory wiring can be removed and discarded. The end result is a beautifully tidy, organised engine bay with a harness that can outlast your engine.

Using the best quality motorsport materials available, we custom-design and build a professional wiring harness to suit your situation and budget. From basic sheathed street- and club-level harnesses to complete concentrically twisted and sealed motorsport harnesses, we can build whatever your project needs.

Patch Harnesses

In some cases, where the factory wiring is still in good condition and building a custom harness is outside of your budget, a patch harness can be a great alternative. A custom patch harness connects an aftermarket ECU with the factory wiring harness in a slim, neat package. You don't need to worry about the complicated process of working out which wire goes where. Just install one of our patch harnesses, and you're good to go.

Aftermarket ECU and PCM Installations

ECU Installations

Installing an aftermarket ECU opens up a world of tuning and performance possibilities for your car. However, it can be a very complicated and overwhelming task when attempted on your own, with a high risk of error.

Let us handle the complexities for you. We can supply and install an aftermarket ECU that meets your goals and your vehicle's specific needs. Aftermarket ECUs can be installed to the OEM wiring harness or with a high-quality custom wiring harness built by us.

Some modern ECUs, such as the Haltech R3 and R5, also include a built-in PDM (see below).

PDM Installations

When installing an aftermarket ECU or adding extra modifications, the power-supply side of things can become complex and messy very quickly. Fuse and relay boxes take up valuable room in the engine bay or interior, and add-on wiring slices can leave the layout looking untidy.

A power distribution module (PDM) removes these issues by centralising control and keeping the system organised.
