TCU Tuning​​

 

We offer professional transmission control unit (TCU) tuning for a wide range of automatic and dual-clutch vehicles. A TCU tune can completely transform how your car drives, allowing smoother power delivery and improved responsiveness, as well as faster, more direct and better-timed gear changes.

Factory TCU mapping is often less than ideal, as it's usually designed for optimal fuel efficiency and for conservative or casual driving conditions. This often doesn't translate well to real-world driving scenarios and may result in jerkiness, hesitation, slow gear shifts and erratic jumping from gear to gear under load.

If you have a tuned ECU or want to get the most performance out of your stock vehicle, it's important to know that the factory TCU software can be leaving a lot of untapped performance on the table. Factory mapping might be holding your car back, as your transmission conservatively limits the amount of torque and power that can be delivered in each gear and during gear changes. This prevents you from experiencing the full potential of your car's performance. Not only that, with highly modified cars, factory TCU mapping can result in increased clutch slip, increased transmission heat and premature transmission wear.
